The Bates Motel Annual Meetup 2025

Well, we are back for our 2nd annual Bates Motel RV Meetup. All motel staff and non employees welcome. LOL.....

Our 2025 event will be at the beautiful Lake George RV Park in Lake George, NY. We will be hosting 25 sites. This event is open to ALL campers of any brand! This is not a rally!!! We will have some planned events on and off the campground, but this is mostly just a chance for us to get-together and meet our rv community and have fun!

To be apart of the 2025 event you must purchase your ticket through us. Please do not call the campground. If you do you will not be in the event. Per an agreement with the campground, all attendees must be booked through us. Once you purchase the ticket you are in the meet-up. You will not receive your site assigment until closer to the 2025 event date.

Refunds are only allowed if we can fill your site, otherwise the ticket fee is non-refundable. There are no refunds after August 1, 2025 regardless.

Dates: Wednesday, September 24^th – Sunday, September 28^th

Location: Lake George RV Park 74 NY-149, Lake George, NY 12845

Rate: $446 + ticketbud fees (This includes 4 nights at the campground and event ticket fee).

Personal golf carts are allowed, but you must hold insurance of $100,000 on them and they must have headlights. We have gotten the fee waived from the campground for this, but you will be required to sign the golf cart policy in advance and get that back to us prior to the event. This is the campground policy.
